"I was worried about my very young 4yo taking the G&T test to get into the same elementary school as her older brother. She is very smart, but can be shy and I wanted her to feel comfortable enough to separate from me and work with the teachers. We did the G&T Bootcamp and a mock test. Bright Kids had her work with someone new every week so she could get used to the idea and did a fantastic job getting her familiar with the test and the types of questions she would be asked. She really enjoyed her sessions and looked forward to going to her class each week.  I'm confident she would have done very well on the test even without the tutoring, but having that extra level of comfort and familiarity with the whole process made this a much less nerve wracking experience. My experience at Bright Kids NYC was great. The staff [. . .] was super nice and helpful. I had many questions and [they] always got back to all my questions within 24 hours. [. . .] Some people questioned the effectiveness of having different tutors.  I personally think it is better for the kids to experience different tutors, especially when they are very young.  The comfort level and the energy level of a 4 year old child working with a stranger at the testing site will basically determine the outcome. Furthermore, Bright Kids create a customized and consistent curriculum for each kid.  All tutors follow this pre-designed curriculum, so consistency was not a problem even with different tutors.  I spoke with all the tutors at the end of each session, and I have been very happy with each one of them.

"Bright Kids acts as a fantastic support system for you and your child. They can't replace the importance of working with your child at home but they do expose your child to different tutors and materials  My kid loved his sessions and did show an improvement post the 8 sessions we took for G&T.
